Immediately after training they require us to do a survey based on training - this should wait at least 8 more weeks after training so new hires can learn to communicate with trainers and other employees and not be pressured into writing a quick survey. 8 weeks of paid training and thrown onto the floor doing “password resets” which end up being different calls from users not pressing the right key for the queue. I don’t think they have any idea what’s going on. The bad? Management in the IT department. They take care of their employees, there’s so many nice people who work for farmers. The good thing about Farmers Insurance Group is that it’s company morale and benefits are straight up wonderful.
